1. You’re never too old to change/improve


If you want to change your body composition, you can.

Your body will default to your genes but epigenetics, environment play a bigger part, so excuses will only go so far!

To learn a new skill, this is what will keep the mind and body in harmony and stay young


2. Mindset is everything


What you focus on will result

Don’t fixate on what you don’t want but what you do!

We spend 95% in subconscious mode so be present, challenge the brain


3. It’s all about consistency


Find something you enjoy and you will be more likely to stick to it

Create new habits in the brain - It takes 21 days to form a habit and 90 days to adopt a lifestyle

4. Body transformation/weight loss


When tend to think that we can spot reduce weight on the body part we want to improve and if we train hard we will get the physique of a cover model


What often gets slightly overlooked, is how much nutrition plays a part in achieving those results!


80% is down to nutrition

20% is down to training


Yes, an eye-opener that you just can't out train a bad diet!

5. Don’t be afraid to build muscle


  • Embrace your body

  • Don’t compare yourself to others
