You will receive a complementary consultation so we can get to know each other, discuss your goals, aspirations and current lifestyle to understand and develop a customised and fun training plan that not only tackles your 'wants' but also your 'needs'. I will also take some basic measurements to keep a record of your progress. You will receive guided support, advice and motivation throughout your workouts to ensure you achieve your best on the day. However, as training is just one of the 4 pillars of health, I will use my experience, knowledge and research to help you reach the best outcome for your nutrition, sleep and well-being (relaxation).
